Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Elysium Spa website and your visit to our premises at HC Floor, Atana Hotel, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE. By booking a treatment or using the site you agree to be bound by them.

Booking

• Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram. A booking is confirmed when our reservations team replies with a date, time and treatment.
• For couples and group bookings (Four Hands, Six Hands) we may ask for a small deposit by bank transfer.
• Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• Cancellation more than 6 hours before the appointment — free of charge.
• Cancellation within 6 hours, or no-show — we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the treatment price.
• Rescheduling is free up to 2 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

Late arrivals

We will do our best to deliver your full session if you arrive late, but in order to honour guests booked after you we may need to shorten the treatment without changing the price. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may need to be rebooked.

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED) and include 5% VAT.
• Treatment prices are listed on each service page and are valid at time of publication.
• Promotional rates (e.g. grand-opening offers) apply only at the branch and within the dates stated; they cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.

Health & consent

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, allergy or medication that may affect your treatment. We may decline a treatment, or alter it, in the interest of your safety. Our therapists are trained in European massage technique and are not medical practitioners — our treatments are wellness and relaxation services, not medical care.

Conduct

Elysium Spa is a professional environment. Inappropriate language, harassment, or requests outside the scope of our published menu will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. CCTV is in operation in non-treatment areas for the safety of guests and staff.

Personal belongings

Lockers are provided. Please do not bring valuables — Elysium Spa is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.

Children

Treatments are available to guests aged 18 and over only.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Elysium Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a treatment, nor for outcomes attributable to undisclosed medical conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
