None of this shows up in a glossy brochure — it shows up in how you feel walking out. The fourth, less visible difference is what does not happen: no sales pitch for a series of treatments, no upsell on packages, no questions about whether you would like to add a facial. A luxury experience is also defined by what is removed from it.

How much does a luxury massage in Dubai cost?

At Elysium Spa, prices range from 525 AED for a 60-minute Aroma Massage to 2,100 AED for a 90-minute Six Hands session. The mid-tier of the menu — Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Lava Shell, Bamboo, Lomi-Lomi — sits at 630 AED for 60 minutes and 950 AED for 90 minutes. The Signature Ritual is 840 AED for 60 minutes and 1,260 AED for 90 minutes. Couple sessions and Four Hands start at 1,050 AED. All prices include VAT and there are no service charges added at checkout. Compared to five-star resort spas in Dubai, our pricing is approximately 30 to 40 percent lower for an equivalent level of service. The pricing is held stable across the year — we do not adjust rates for peak weekends or holiday periods — so the menu price is also the price during Valentine's, Eid, or New Year week, with no surcharge applied at any of those points.

Do you offer treatments specifically for men?

Yes. Elysium Spa is positioned primarily for male clients, although couples and individual female guests are equally welcome. Our most popular treatments among men are Deep Tissue for chronic back and shoulder tension, Sports-style work delivered as part of Deep Tissue or Swedish, Hot Stone for full-body recovery, and the Signature Ritual when there is time for a longer session. Therapists understand the typical male presentation — desk-induced upper-back tension, gym recovery, jet lag from frequent flying — and adjust the protocol accordingly. The cabins, robes, and amenities are designed to feel neutral and professional rather than overtly feminine, which we know matters to many male guests. Many of our regular male clients book a recurring weekly slot with the same therapist; the consistency of working with one therapist who knows your tension patterns makes a meaningful difference compared to rotating through unfamiliar staff each visit.

Can I book a luxury couples massage?

Yes. The Couple Massage is offered in a dual cabin on the HC floor with two therapists working simultaneously. Pricing is 1,050 AED for 60 minutes and 1,470 AED for 90 minutes, total for both guests. You can choose the same technique for both people or mix techniques — for example, one Deep Tissue and one Aroma — at no additional charge. Couples often add a glass of champagne or a fruit plate; mention this when booking and we will arrange it. The dual cabin is one of the most-requested rooms, especially on Thursdays, Fridays, and the period around Valentine's, New Year, and major Dubai holidays, so book three to seven days ahead for those dates. If you would like to include a small in-cabin touch such as flowers, a written note, or a fruit plate, let reservations know at least 24 hours before the appointment and we will arrange it discreetly so the partner walking in sees the surprise on entering the cabin.

Is parking available?

Yes. Atana Hotel has underground parking and street-level valet, both available to spa guests. We can validate the parking ticket at reception on request, which covers the duration of your appointment. If you are arriving by metro, Internet City Metro Station is the nearest stop — a three-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk along the service road. If you are coming from JLT or DMCC, the easiest crossing is the bridge over Sheikh Zayed Road which connects directly to Barsha Heights; the drive is five minutes outside of rush hour. Drivers from Dubai Marina and Mall of the Emirates can reach us in under ten minutes via Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Khail Road respectively. The hotel entrance has a sheltered drop-off so even in heavy summer heat or winter rain you walk less than ten metres from car to lobby; for evening appointments after dark the entrance is brightly lit and staffed continuously.

Do you accept walk-ins or do I need to book?

We prefer that you book ahead — booking guarantees the therapist you want, the room you prefer, and the start time. Same-day bookings are usually possible if you call before noon for weekday afternoons. Evenings, weekends, and major holiday periods book up first, so reserve 24 to 48 hours ahead for those slots. Walk-ins are accepted whenever there is an available room, but we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or technique on the spot.
