How is the Signature Ritual different from booking each technique separately?

Booking Aroma, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue as separate sessions over several visits would cost more, take three times the time, and miss the key benefit of the Signature — the choreography between techniques. The Signature is structured so that each phase prepares the body for the next: the aroma warming phase loosens superficial muscle so the hot stone phase can reach deeper, the heat phase further softens the tissue so the deep-tissue phase can work more effectively without bruising. Doing the same techniques on separate visits gives you each individual benefit but not the cumulative effect that comes from doing them in sequence in a single session. The Signature is also assigned to our senior therapists who can integrate multiple techniques smoothly. Most regulars who experience the Signature once book it as their default treatment afterwards, switching back to single-technique sessions only when they have a specific issue that does not need the full multi-technique sequence.

Can I customise which techniques are included?

Yes, within the multi-technique framework. The standard Signature includes aroma, hot stone, bamboo, and deep-tissue elements, but during the consultation you can adjust the emphasis. Common variations: more deep-tissue and less aroma for clients with heavy muscle tension; more hot stone and less bamboo for heat-focused sessions; aroma replaced with a different oil profile based on what you want from the session. If you specifically want to exclude one technique entirely — for example, no bamboo — that is also possible, and the time is reallocated to the other phases. The Signature is designed to be flexible within the multi-technique principle; what we do not allow is collapsing it into a single-technique session, because that defeats the purpose and is better booked as the standalone treatment. If you have a strong oil preference — for example a specific essential blend that worked well in a previous session — mention it when reserving and we will prepare it for the aroma phase rather than the default selection.

Why is the Signature more expensive than the individual treatments?

Three reasons. First, the Signature is delivered exclusively by senior therapists who have completed all individual technique trainings plus the integration training that allows them to flow between techniques smoothly — this is a higher-cost staffing tier. Second, the consultation is longer because of the customisation, which adds 5 to 10 minutes of therapist time before the session starts. Third, the materials are more — multiple oils, heated stones, sanitised bamboo, all prepared for one session. The pricing reflects a genuine cost difference rather than a positioning premium. Compared with booking each technique separately, the Signature is actually a discount on the total cost of equivalent time and materials, and the integrated effect is more valuable than the sum of the parts. The pricing also does not include any service charge at checkout, so 840 AED is the exact figure paid in cash or by card — a small but meaningful difference compared to spas that advertise a headline rate and add 10 to 15 percent at the till.

Should I book the 60 or the 90 minute version?

For the Signature specifically, we recommend the 90-minute version over the 60. The reason is that the choreography of multiple techniques needs time to land — compressing four phases into 60 minutes means each phase is shorter than it should be to produce its full effect, and the deep-tissue phase in particular benefits from having a longer warming phase before it. Most regular Signature clients book 90 minutes. The 60-minute version exists for clients who want to try the Signature on a tighter time budget, and it does deliver the multi-technique experience, just at lower depth on each phase. If this is your first Signature, choose 90 minutes if you can; if you are a regular evaluating value per minute, 60 minutes is acceptable. A practical halfway path some guests use: book 90 minutes for the first Signature, observe how the body responds across the four phases, then choose 60 or 90 for subsequent visits based on that experience.

Can I have the Signature as a couples session?

Yes. The Signature is available as a couples treatment in the dual cabin and is one of our most-booked couples experiences. The price is 1,680 AED for 60 minutes total for both guests, or 2,520 AED for 90 minutes, and the protocol is the same as the individual Signature — both guests receive the full multi-technique treatment, each customised through their own consultation. Two senior therapists work in parallel, one per guest, so the choreography happens for both of you simultaneously. Booking ahead is recommended — three to seven days for weekday evenings, seven to ten days for Valentine's, anniversaries, and major holiday periods. Mention any add-ons such as champagne when reserving. Couples celebrating a milestone can also request a private rest area for 15 to 20 minutes after the session — useful if dinner or another activity is planned later in the evening and you want to extend the decompression naturally.

Is there a gift voucher for the Signature?

Yes. We offer digital gift vouchers for any treatment including the Signature Ritual, delivered as a PDF or as a personalised image suitable for sending via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email. The voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for the Signature at the time the recipient chooses to book. We can include a personal message and set the delivery date — useful for surprise birthdays where the voucher should arrive on the morning of the day. If the recipient wants to upgrade to a couples Signature on redemption, the price difference is paid at booking. For corporate gifts, batch vouchers with custom branding can be arranged through reservations. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against a discounted package or a third-party promotion already running, but they can be combined with grand-opening offers at the Business Bay branch if the recipient prefers to redeem there.
