Locals, taxi drivers, and most signage use both names interchangeably. For navigation apps, "Atana Hotel Barsha Heights" or "Atana Hotel Tecom" will both find the right location. The area is bordered by Sheikh Zayed Road to the west, Al Khail Road to the east, Internet City to the north, and Al Barsha 1 to the south, and includes most of the office towers along Hessa Street. For ride-share apps, either label works equally well — Careem and Uber drivers will recognise the destination by either name without further explanation needed.

Can I walk to Elysium Spa from a Tecom office?

Is parking free for spa guests?

Yes. Atana Hotel has both underground parking and street-level valet, and we validate the parking ticket at our reception so the duration of your spa visit is at no charge. The validated rate applies whether you book a one-hour Aroma session or a 90-minute Signature Ritual. Valet parking is the easiest option if you are coming directly after work — hand the keys at the hotel entrance, mention Elysium Spa on the HC floor, and the car is ready when you finish. Underground parking is convenient for longer visits; the elevator from the parking level connects directly to the spa floor without going through the main hotel lobby. For guests prone to forgetting their parking ticket validation, ask reception when you arrive — they will validate then rather than waiting until you leave, which avoids any post-session queueing.

Are the therapists available in Russian?

Yes. Our reservations, reception, and therapy staff all work in Russian as well as English, with no extra cost or different therapist roster for Russian-language sessions. This is relevant for a significant portion of the Tecom corporate audience, particularly residents of nearby JLT, Marina, and Barsha Heights with Russian and CIS backgrounds, who often prefer to discuss pressure, problem areas, and aftercare in their first language.
